Explore our residences

We cannot recommend this unit more highly. Fantastic location right not the water with outstanding views of the ocean. Walking distance to downtown, but building has everything you need if you just want to relax (pools, workout room, F&B). Unit is super-comfortable and upscale. Hosts were terrific communicators. Food and drinks offerings at top Pool Deck were first rate!

This condo is absolutely stunning , indoor /outdoor living at its best ! You feel so close to the ocean and the view is gorgeous. The apartment is very pretty, lovely furniture and design. The restaurant in this building is a total bonus! The food is really good. Taxis are easy to get, and the price is very fair . The location is lovely, close to town (you can walk to town on the beach) but also nicely removed from the noice. You feel like you are at a resort, but the town is super close, so you truly get the best of both worlds. We would rent this airbnb again for sure. The concierge service is very nice and helpful.

We could not have asked for better for our time at Puerto Vallarta. The unit and building were stunning- even better than the pictures. One of the highlights especially with the comfortable weather during our stay was being able to open the floor to ceiling windows to create a truly open air feel, including hearing the ocean waves crashing as we fell asleep. Not to mention the stunning, giant infinity pool on the roof, that never gets too crowded because the building doesn’t have a ton of units. The staff were impeccable, super friendly and very responsive. We will be back!

Love, love, LOVED the place! If you think the pictures are great, wait until you see it in person. Our jaws dropped! Concierge was super helpful and amazing, we had everything we needed, and loved the rooftop pool and bar. You must stay here!

Contemporary Unit in the Sky!! This apartment at the Orchid in Conchas Chinas is amazing. Clean lines, well appointed, fantastic staff, incredible views from the inside/outside patio. There is a rooftop pool/restaurant that was wonderful. The staff was fantastic and very good food. The unit is a stone's throw from the beautiful pools and coves of Conchas Chinas. Take a stroll down to the Restaurant La Playita for sunset. Tough to leave. We look forward to our next visit to your beautiful home.
